The order code for the popular General Purpose Business check style includes two parts: one for the check style and one for the color. You may either use the Selection Tree to select the specific check style you want (and then change the color, if necessary). Or, if the color code is known, you may type it directly in the text box (e.g., B-02B – Style 02, Blue, Single).

If you are ordering a Personal check, you will not be able to add a checkmark. Checkmarks are reserved for Business Checks only. Additionally, you are not able to add an Accent symbol to a Business Check, as this option is only available for Personal Checks.

Write down as much information as possible (the product you were ordering, the steps you took, your operating system, and the browser you are using), and then click the Contact Us link provided at the top of the page within the Branch application. You may need to close Internet Explorer and attempt to access the application again. You may also need to check your Internet Explorer settings. Try connecting to www.msn.com. If you cannot connect to the site, contact your local IT Professional or Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you can connect to www.msn.com, call the Harland Clarke Technical Service Center.
