How do I order trial packages on the Branch application?
If trial packages are allowed for the account plan in question, the product may be selected directly from the Selection Tree. The check styles available for the account plan should be listed in alphabetical order under Business Trials and Personal Trials. If you do not see the trial packages specific to your financial institution, please contact Customer Service.
Can I order multiple deposit tickets and checks for the same account on the same day?
Yes. Multiple orders of checks and deposit tickets may be placed on the same day, as long as the checks do not have duplicate starting numbers. Previous orders will not be cancelled.
I accidentally submitted an order with the wrong account number. How do I check to see what number I accidentally sent?
A mainframe analyst will need to research this issue. Contact Harland Clarke Technical Support by clicking the Contact Us link provided at the top of the page within the Branch application. This link will provide you with the appropriate contact information.
If ValuePacks are set up for your account plan, they will appear as a choice in the Selection Tree. Simply click on the ValuePack option and choose the desired product from the pop-up windows provided. Please note that Valuepacks are available for new orders only.
How do I order a check register only?
At this time, you are not able to order check registers through the Branch application without also ordering a primary check product. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-HARLAND.
I placed an order for checks that were supposed to be paid for by the bank, but the customer was billed. Why?
The Billing Code may have been set to "Normal" rather than "Bill to FI." Billing is driven by individual Account Plans, so unless there is some reason why the account plan should not be billed in the normal way, you should not have to make any changes to the Billing Code.
How do I order custom stock (bank checks)?
If available for the account plan, Custom Stock is located under the Custom category in the Selection Tree.
Can I order return address labels as an accessory?
No. Labels can be ordered as a Primary Product only.
