What if I need to add additional signature lines?

 

Once you access the Primary Page, click the Signature Lines and Text hyperlink found in the Enhancement section. This link displays a separate screen where you may enter the number of additional lines you wish to add. The number of additional lines allowed varies according to the particular product chosen.

 

A customer wants to place (or remove) his own message above the signature line (i.e., not one from the catalog). How do I set this up?

 

Once you access the Primary Page, click the Signature Lines and Text hyperlink found in the Enhancement section. This link displays a separate screen where you may enter additional lines of text. (The actual number allowed depends on the particular product and number of additional signature lines chosen.) In other words, adding additional signature lines reduces the number of signature text messages allowed.

 

What do I do if the lettering displaying on the check image is not what the customer wants?

 

Note that the check image that displays on the Branch application (upon clicking the Show Image hyperlink) does not accurately portray how the lettering is going to appear on the printed product. Therefore, the font style displayed is not going to show the actual elegant lettering style selected. To choose an elegant letter style, simply click the Lettering hyperlink in the Enhancement section of the Primary Page and choose a style from the Selection Tree. The style chosen will then appear in parentheses under the Order Code text box as well as in the Order Summary.

 

A customer does not want any Personal Details to display on his check. How do I place such an order through the Branch application?

 

After entering the Personal Detail information for a New Order, you are allowed to choose from three Personal Detail options: Name Only, Blank or Standard. For Reorders, the option buttons are not accessible. However, you can modify or delete the information that appears in the Personal Detail text box to mirror what you wish to appear on the product. As long as the Ship-to Label contains the necessary information, there is no need for the information to appear in the Personal Detail section if the customer does not want it to appear on the check.
