Can I manually enter a catalog code in the Order Code text box or must I access it from the Selection Tree?

 

If you are an expert user and are familiar with commonly used catalog codes, you may enter the codes directly in the text boxes provided without ever having to access the Selection Tree. Simply enter in the code and click TAB to advance to the next field. Since the Selection Tree no longer loads and validates with each data entry, you can quickly enter all applicable codes. However, if you choose, you can access the Selection Tree at any time by clicking the "Tree" or "Order Code" hyperlinks.

 

Is it possible for Harland Clarke to assign default Branch numbers for individual financial institutions?

 

No. When placing a New Order, you must enter in your financial institution’s branch number. However, when placing a Reorder the branch number and account plan are automatically retrieved (according to the information saved for the account plan entered).

 

What should I do if my financial institution needs to add or delete an account plan?
