For the security and protection of customer data, you must first enter the correct account number before attempting to process a Rerun.
Is it possible to cancel an order placed through the Branch application?
Yes. As long as the status reflects “Ready for Plant,” the order may be cancelled. First, access the order you wish to cancel and click the Delete button on the Order History Page. If the order reflects a status of “At Plant,” you cannot delete it. In this case, please call Customer Service to determine if the order can be cancelled. If there was a problem with the original order (e.g., incorrect starting number) and the status is “At Plant,” then the order may be Rerun.
Can I place a Rerun using the Branch application?
Yes. Once you retrieve the order from history, click the Rerun button that appears at the bottom of the screen. Choose a Rerun reason from the drop-down list provided. For reruns, the starting number does NOT advance to the next series, but will be reprinted with the stating number of the original order. The only exception to this is a Rerun with the reason of Lost in Mail. Orders Lost in Mail will advance to the next appropriate starting number.
Note: If the order has not yet been sent to the plant, the Rerun button will not be available on the Order History screen. In this case, you can delete the order using the Delete Order button at the bottom of the screen.
I would like to place a Reorder, but the check style has been discontinued. What do I do now?
If you enter an order code that has been discontinued, you will receive a message indicating that the check style has been discontinued. You will also be presented with a default check style or you may choose an alternate style from the available choices.
How do I order a free vinyl cover on a reorder?
To include a free vinyl cover in a reorder, you must select the cover as an accessory. Enter the appropriate code for the vinyl cover (if known) into one of the accessory text boxes. You can also access the accessory product choices in the Selection Tree by clicking the Tree hyperlink. Once you have clicked on the desired product, the code will appear in the accessory text box. The vinyl cover will be shown in the Order Summary at no charge.
