What if I need to Quik-Ship® an order?

 

You may now Quik-Ship an order through the Branch application. Choose a Quik-Ship ordering method from the drop-down list on the Primary Page (if available for the account plan).

 

 

Can I send shipments to foreign addresses?

 

Yes, foreign addresses are now supported by the Branch application. If you are placing a New Order, simply check the Foreign Address button on the screen where you enter in the customer’s Personal Detail. For Reorders, you can simply update the Personal Detail and/or Ship-to Label with the foreign address. You will receive a Notice in the Selection Tree indicating that the address entered does not contain a valid United States postal code. Note that all non-US zip codes automatically default to a First Class shipping charge.

 

 

Why do I need to specify between Trackable Residential and Trackable Commercial?

 

By specifying whether a package is to be delivered to a home address or business district,  our carriers can more efficiently plan their delivery routes, which ensures that customers receive their products in a timely manner. Currently there is no pricing differential between Trackable Residential and Trackable Commercial. Available shipping methods are linked to Account Plan configuration. Please contact your Customer Service representative to activate new features.

 

Why does the data in the Ship-to text box disappear when I select Mail to Branch as a delivery option?

 

When you select Mail to Branch as a delivery option, the system retrieves the branch address stored on file at Harland Clarke. The customer's address is removed from the Ship-to text box and a label will be created using the branch address of record.

 

 

What are the various delivery methods?

 

The table below is designed to provide an overview of pertinent delivery methods. Product and ZIP code restrictions may apply to select delivery methods. Availability can be determined by your specific financial institution's preferences and requests.
